How it works:
We have 5 simple steps that you will need to follow so Aguilar Tax Services will be able to file your taxes properly.
- Contact me – The first step will be to call or text me (949) 394-9725. Then I can set up a time to do a video conference, phone call or text with you.
- Electronically transfer your documents. Don’t worry! This is all done through secured links!
Next, I will email you a secured link (256-bit encryption). Using your cell phone, take photos of your W2s and other documents. Then send the documents to me by uploading them directly onto the cloud-based software using the secured link I emailed you. This can be done on your desktop or laptop computer as well.
- Review – I will review all your information and contact you with any further questions. Once I have prepared your taxes, we will go over your tax return.
- e-Filing – Thereafter, I will email you a secured link for your electronic signature & payment. Once payment is received, your tax return is E-filed to the IRS.
I will email you a copy of your taxes for your records.
- Direct Deposit – Your tax return will then be directly deposited into your bank account!
